Australia-Wide Shipping

We ship all orders Australia-wide via tracked courier services. Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment being received.

Gold Coast Local Delivery

We offer local delivery within the Gold Coast region for same-day and next-day fulfilment. Local delivery orders placed before 12pm AEST on business days are eligible for same-day dispatch.

Out of Stock Items

If an item is currently out of stock, it will likely be restocked within 2 weeks. You can still place your order and we will ship available items first. Once the remaining items arrive back in stock, they will be sent to you free of postage.

Packaging

All orders are packaged securely in discreet, unmarked packaging to ensure product integrity during transit. Temperature-sensitive items are shipped with appropriate protective measures.
