Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our products (research-grade peptide reference materials), returns are only accepted under the following circumstances:

• The product arrived damaged or with a broken seal
• The wrong product was shipped
• The product does not match the description or certificate of analysis

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@mendersrl.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and photos of any damage or discrepancy. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Products that have been opened, used, or stored improperly are not eligible for return. All returns must be authorised prior to shipping the product back.
